Formise AB is a Swedish limited company in Gothenburg, registered in 2020. We build and own our own products: sites, software, sometimes whole companies.
Formise is the lab. Memorise is the agency with the clients and the delivery, and Dynamic SEO is the build that held up and moved out. The three are siblings sharing craft and people, not an org chart. That is what lets a build meet real customers early, without experiments weighing on anyone's delivery. It is a small operation, and that is deliberate. The point is not to do many things. It is to recognise the observation that deserves to become something, and to have the craft to build it.

Every build starts as an observation and ends either as something we learned from cheaply, or as a company with its own economics. The path in between looks the same every time.
The proof that the model holds
This is not an idea on paper. The model has already taken an observation all the way to its own company.
