What we do with your details.

Formise AB, company registration number 559236-5026, seated in Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for everything described here. If you want to ask something, or ask us to do something with your details, write to hello@formise.se.

This text covers formise.se. Memorise and Dynamic SEO are their own companies with their own sites, so what you leave with them is handled by them. Being siblings does not mean details travel between us.

Sending the contact form leaves us three things. We use them for exactly one purpose: answering you.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest. You got in touch and expect a reply, and reading and answering what you wrote is the least we can do with the details to make that happen.

The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, which sends the mail on our behalf. We keep it while the conversation is running and clear it once it has ended. If you would rather skip the form, mailing hello@formise.se directly works just as well.

We never sell details on, and writing to us does not put you on any mailing list.

This site sets no cookies and measures nothing. There is no banner to dismiss and no choice to make.

Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser's local storage. That is not a cookie, it never leaves your machine, and it needs no consent.

We do not run the site alone. These companies process details on our behalf, on our instructions, under contracts that hold them to it.

Beyond that, nobody gets access to anything. We share nothing with ad networks and embed no social media feeds.

• Vercel, which hosts the site. Server logs hold an IP address and which page was requested, and are used for operations and security.
• Resend, which delivers the contact form message to our inbox.
• Google, which counts visits if you said yes to measurement.

Vercel and Google are US companies, so details may be processed outside the EU and EEA. Those transfers rest on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on both companies being certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you would rather avoid that part: say no to measurement and nothing goes to Google. Server logs cannot be opted out of, because the site cannot be delivered without a server receiving the request.

The GDPR gives you a set of rights. Write to hello@formise.se and you will hear back within a month.

If you think we are handling something badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We would rather you came to us first, but the right is yours.

• Find out what we hold about you
• Have it corrected if something is wrong
• Have it deleted
• Object to us processing it
• Get it in a format you can take with you

If we change how details are handled, we update this page and move the date below. We do not backdate, and we do not quietly drop commitments.
